What's your return/exchange policy?

We offer free returns for qualifying orders within 30 days of delivery. We don't offer exchanges at this time.

Nose jewelry is ineligible for returns. However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us within 30 days of delivery and we will work with you to find a solution. 

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage

  • No individual item of a set can be returned for refund, and must be returned as a complete set.

To initiate a return, please email us (see the 'Contact Us' page) with your order number and reason for the return. If there's any issue with your order, please feel free to contact us. 

How can I track my order?

When your order has shipped, you will be emailed with a tracking number.

Can I cancel or update my order?

You can email us (see the 'Contact Us' page) if your order has not shipped yet. Unfortunately, once your order has shipped, we're unable to cancel or update it. 

Where do you ship?

We currently only ship within the US, but we're working on expanding where we ship to. 

How do I care for my jewelry?

We use high quality metal in our jewelry, but anything that isn't pure gold runs the risk of tarnishing over time. To prolong the life of your jewelry, store in a cool, dry place when not wearing it and avoid contact with water, lotion, and other cosmetics when you can. Regular maintenance of your pieces such as cleaning and polishing can go a long way to extend its original shine!

Is your jewelry hypoallergenic?

Yes! We use gold vermeil, which is a thick layer (2.5 microns) of 18k gold over 925 sterling silver, which are both hypoallergenic materials. One of our own cofounders is allergic to low quality metals, so it was important for us to ensure our jewelry would be safe for all to wear.

Is your brand sustainable and ethical?

Yes! Our manufacturer has many accolades such as:

  • ASSOCHAM Certified GEM 3 sustainable building
  • SCS Recycled Content Certification (all gold and silver is recycled)

Our jewelry is created in Jaipur, India—the jewelry capital of the world.
